AR Steel Applications

Ford Steel is a global leader in the AR steel industry carrying thousands of tons of Wearalloy and Mangalloy steel products used in a wide variety of abrasion and impact resistant applications.

Bucket Liners

Utilizing Wearalloy 400, 450, 500 and Nickel Chrome plate (A-572 and A-514 are also available), Ford Steel can fabricate liners for loader, excavator, dragline, and shovel buckets.

Ford Steel provides AR steel feeder liner fabrication services to the mining and aggregate industries.

Screens

Screens are cut on our plasma burning table. Square, round, staggered, or uniform holes are cut to your specifications from our different grades of Wearalloy plates.

Crusher Liners

Ford Steel offers Wearalloy 400, 450, 500, Nickel Chrome and Mangalloy plate up to 4-inches thick for liners in impact, jaw, cone and other types of crushers. Wearalloy Superclad available for use as cheek plates too.

Truck Beds

Truck bed liners available cut to size (with or without plug weld holes).

Chute/Hopper Liners

Chute/Hopper Liners

We can cut to size bolt-in or weld-in liners for chutes, hoppers, and transfer points.

Cutting Edges

Ford Steel can fabricate straight, spade nose, and duckbill cutting edges. Bolt-on, weld-on and slip-on edges also available.

Dozer Liners

We offer Wearalloy 400, 450, Super Clad and Super Block to reline the dozer face depending on the severity of the application.

Bars

Wearalloy 400 Bars are hot rolled, heat treated alloy steel, and designed for applications where shock and abrasion are a factor.
